Legend Not Going So Well
Well, it happened, I stalled out on Legend. I am going to let it cool for a while and pick up Undying Wolf and see how that goes. I am really liking Wolf and Nora, they are making for an interesting story. What I really love about this series, is that while it could easily become formulaic, there is enough room to make them all truly different and interesting, while staying true to the world Eden and I are creating. She’s still working on Undying Dragon, and I need to get back to Wolf. He’s a picky character and really wants me to finish the story as soon as possible. (Yes, my characters are real to me, so there
)
Weekly Update
Undying Savage is done. I still need to edit it, but it kicks major butt, even if I do say so myself. Eden loves it, too, which is a very good thing. I have started on the next installment of the series. Well, I don’t know if it will be book two or not, but it’s what I am working on next. Undying Legend. It’s about Ean Maverick (The Legend) and Bella Fagan (His life-bond). I am having some issues with the conflict part of the story and some of the side characters, but once I figure that out, the story will get done. I so can’t wait to see what happens with this story. Eden is steadily and slowly working on Undying Dragon. She is starting to get the world of magic, but, that’s what she has me for, to make sure she gets the magic part right, while she’ll help me with the romance part. Anyway, back to writing.
Undying Savage Update
I LOVE this series. I love the characters, I love the world, and I just love everything about it. I am having so much fun that I am actually almost done with all of Undying Savage; seriously, I only have like two more chapters to go. Stone started on Undying Dragon, and I so can’t wait to see how that pans out, because I have been waiting for forever to see a story between Mica Dragan and Emma Rowan (She named them, so yes, the character has my first name). I am already coming up with ideas for the next character (Which I think is going to be The Maverick and his story will be Undying Legend). So, I really want to get back to Donovan and Haven and give them that and they lived happily ever after ending.
Undying Series
My writing cohort, Eden Stone, and I have come up with a fantabulous idea for a Fantasy Romance novel series. I will be doing the bulk of the writing, but I am fine with that, because I am a faster writer than she is. I still need to figure out how to get this editing thing down, but I will deal with that once the first novel is done. It will be called Undying Savage. I am so excited to start it! I have the perfect idea for a prologue, and that should lunch me into the rest of the novel. I have no idea what will happen yet, but it’s going to be a great story. Quinn Donovan has always been one of my favorite characters (in my own head, lol) and Haven Killian is the perfect match for him. I’ve written stories for them before, but I never felt like I quite got them right. I now know what was missing. Magic. I am both a fantasy writer and a romance writer, and my stories always work best when I can use both. With the advent of the Undying Male, I know I will finally be able to give Quinn and Haven the love story I know I can write. So, I am off to start writing, and I plan on updating this once a week until the entire series is done. (It could be well into 20 books by the time we are done with it) Anyway, so I am off to writing land.
