My mother decided she need some of her black yarn back – but to make up for it she gave not 1, not 2, but 30, yes count them, 30 skeins of alpacka superfine yarn (5 of 6 different colors). I think I can give back 2 little balls of black yarn for that!

I started Bug’s poncho, basically it’s the same as her sisters, so I am still in the planning stage, but I will keep you updated on both of them.

well, I started the broomstick lace poncho for Pink. Let’s hope I can get it done for spring – though I might cheat and do a few rows in lace, kit a bunch on the bond ISM and then do a few more rows in BSL to finish it out. We’ll see, though I could make a really interesting trim with BSL and do the body on the Bond. I’ll have to think about it.

The kids have decided the dog need me – apparently at some point in the last two years I gave birth to a puppy because they said I am his mother – to make him a blanket. Luckily my grandmother-in-law just gave me her stash of knitting a crochet tools with a boat-load of cheap yarn. So I have plenty of yarn to make him is easy crochet blanket – which I will post pictures of later.
